1-night stop on our way to Southern France (2 adults + 1 9yo kid). Clean room near the centre of Mâcon. Great friendly staff, that were very helpful in providing us a parking spot for our EV (€12/night). Hotel is a 5-minutes walk away from some nice restaurants near the river. Breakfast was not overly luxurious, but more than OK to start the day.

I had a knee problem so they gave me a large disabled room on the ground floors no stairs to negotiate The young man who checked me in could not have been nicer and as even brought in my cases as there were stairs from their car park. Buffet breakfast was better than I expected and all 3 staff members I encountered were friendly and helpful

Quiet and central, breakfast was good, staff was helpful, arrangement for drinking water was environmentally friendly as water can be obtained from a water fountain with reusable bottles provided, also rather than having a kettle in each room, one is available at reception for use by all. Air-conditioning was good and efficient.

Front desk helped us book a restaurant at late notice on Easter weekend. We then realised the kids wouldn't like the food and they were very helpful, finding us another restaurant with no complaints. Really appreciated it.

Very good breakfasts, Great location handy for the station. We had a health crisis whilst we were there and the staff were very helpful and understanding helping us to get to hospital and arranging two extra nights stay.
